Spol Type Expansion Bellows for Pipes with Flange Type
Product Description
Expansion bellows for pipes is mainly composed of rubber body, metal flange and flap structure. The rubber body is made of highly elastic synthetic rubber (such as NBR, EPDM, etc.), which is vulcanized to form a multi-layer composite structure, embedded with reinforcing fibers or steel wire mesh to enhance the pressure resistance. The flap design increases the contact area between the rubber and the flange, which significantly improves the sealing and pull-off resistance, especially suitable for high pressure or frequent vibration conditions.
